naga Samba rava - 200 gm |
Sugar - 200 gm |
Water - 500 gm |
Mustard - ½ |
Cumin seed - 10 |
Bengal gram dal - 5 |
Grated Coconut - 2 pinch |
Oil - 1 tbsp |
Dry Chilli - 2 |

Preparation : |
Steam the naga Samba rava in 10 minutes, Seasoning the bengal gram dal, mustard & Cumin seed using Oil and salt add this to steamed samba rava. Pinch lemom sized balls out of it squeeze to get your fingerprints all over the dumpling, steam cook for 10 - 15 minutes until non-sticky. |
