RAGGAE ROLL |

Ingredients : |
naga Maida - 500 gm |
Jaggery - 1 pinch |
Egg - 10 gm |
Ghee - 2 tbsp |

Onion - ¼ |
Oil - to need |
Ginger - 2 tbsp |
Salt - to need |
Garlic - 2 tbsp |
Chilli - 2 |
Pepper powder - 2 pinch |
Cumin powder - 2 pinch |
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp |

Preparation : |
Sift the flour and add salt, jaggery, egg and water. Cut the egg's into small pieces, add chopped onion, Chilli and then add ginger garlic paste of fry. Heat little oil in a flat non-stick pan it covers the base of the pan. To make the spring rolls place 2-3 tbsp of the filling in the center of each roll. Fold in the sides and form a tight roll, sealing the edge with a little flour and water paste. Cook both sides of the roll till golden. |
