SAMBA SOOJI GINGER PANIYARAM
  Ingredients :
Samba Sooji - 200 gm
Sooji - 50 gm  
Rice flour - 100 gm
Egg - 1
Sugar - 150 gm
Backing powder - to need
Dalda - 100 gm
Oil - to need
 
 
Preparation :
Grind Samba sooji, Suger and Egg to a smooth paste in a grinder using little water. Then add Rice flour, Maida, 1/2 tbsp backing powder and grinded paste. Now take the paniyaram pan/ mould and gently rub or add few drops of oil in all the holes-depressions. Pour a spoonful of batter in each hole. When done, turn to the other side using a spoon or paniyaram stick and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
