Ingredients : |
naga Maida - 200 gm |
|
Gram flour - 200 gm |
|
|
naga Sooji - 2 tbsp |
|
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp |
|
Salt - to need |
Cumin - 1 tbsp |
Oil - 2 tbsp |
Ghee - 2 tbsp |
Oil - to need for fry |

Preparation : |
Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients one by one from " wheat flour to salt". mix everything well. Then add oil and mix well using water knead it to stiff and smooth dough. Prick the cut out dough with the fork. Then fry the biscuits in to the oil. |
