SAMBA SOOJI MASALA VADA
  Ingredients :
naga Samba rava - 200 gm Salt - to need
Whole black gram - 100 gm Chilli - 2
Onion - 3
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 5
Fennel- 2 pinch
Garam masala - 2 pinch
Curry leaves - to need
Oil - to need
 
Preparation :
soak the urad dal /skinned black gram for 3 hours. Chop the onion, chili and the green leaves. Add Black gram dal to a mixer jar. Add half a table spoon of onion pieces, 2 chillies, ginger, and salt. Grind the items into a coarse paste. Add chopped onions, chili, green leaves, , soda and salt to the ground mixture. Mix. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai. Drop a dal-sized ball to the oil.Keep the heat to medium. When the color of a masala vada changes, flip it. When both the sides turn to light golden brown. Enjoy hot Samba sooji Masala Vadas  with steaming hot tea or south Indian decoction coffee.
