Ingredients: |
naga Samba rava - 200 gm |
Ghee - 2 tbsp |
Green dhall - 60 gm |
Salt - 1 tbsp |
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp |
Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp |
Curry leaves - 4 to 5 |
Cumin seed - ¼ tbsp |
Pepper - ¼ tbsp |
Cashewnut - 3 |
Water - As needed |

Preparation: |
Roast the naga samba rava ,green dhall as golden colour.
In a bowl add water and salt then boil the water.
after that add naga samba rava and dhall keep fry in low flame.
For seasoning cumin seed, ginger, grated coconut, curry leaves,
pepper then add steamed naga samba rava and green dhall.
For decoration add cashewnut. |
