naga Samba rava - 500 gm |

Asafoetida - 1 tbsp |

Pepper powder - ½ tbsp |
Green peas - 250 gm |
Ginger - 1½ pinch |
Onion - 150 gm |
Garlic - 1 |
Green chilly - 10 |
Fenu greek - 1 tbsp |
Coriander leaves - few |
Ghee - 12 tbsp |
Mint leave - 1 bunch |
Water - 1½ ltr |

Salt - 3 tbsp |
Cloves - 4 or 6 |

Preparation : |
Clean the vegetables and cut into pieces, Remove the wrapper of peas. Roast the naga samba rava using ghee in a
bowl, boil the 1.250 ltr of water with in that add roasted naga samba rava for
cooking.
In another bowl take 250 ml of water add salt, vegetables for cooking.
Take another large bowl add 8 tbsp of ghee, onion, green chilly, turmeric
powder, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, clove, bayleaf, coriander leaf, mint,
salt fry together. In final stage add steamed naga samba rava and
vegetables.
Keep the dish in low flame for 10 minutes. 6 person can eat... |
