  Ingredients:
naga Bubbly Bubbly Maida - 500 gm  
Milk - 250 ml  
Curd - 2 tbsp  
Yeast - 1 tbsp  
Sugar - 1 tbsp  
Ghee - 5 tbsp  
Poppy seed - 2 tbsp  
Carom seed - 1 tbsp  
Water - to need  
   
       
Preparation:
In a warm milk add sugar and yeast keep atleast for 20 minutes. In a bowl add naga bubbly bubbly maida, salt, curd, ghee, and yeast paste as it is for 4 hours in warm place. After that cut in to triangular shape apply poppy seed and carom seed and ghee on each chappatti, take the oil applied bowl keep the bowl in oven (parent heat mode 4 to 5 minutes) to bake. After that steam the naan in nonstick tawa.
