Ingredients: |
naga Samba rava - 300 gm |
Channa dhall - 3 tbsp |
Curd - 300 ml |
Green chilly - 10 finely chopped |
Salt - as per taste |
Ginger - 1 inch chopped |
Cashew nuts - 10 |
Curry leaves - few |
Baking soda - ¼ tsp |

Oil - 4 tbsp |

Onion - as required |

Mustard - 2 tbsp |

Preparation: |
Initially roast the naga rava as golden colour then mix together
curd, baking soda,salt,water.
In a pan heat using 2 tbsp of oil then add mustard, channa dhall, chopped
green chilly, ginger, curry leaves, cashewnuts.
Mix this to the fried item with initial flour mix then leave it as for
15 minutes.
Finally prepare idli using this flour. |
