naga Samba rava - 300 gm |
Tomato - 200 gm |
Red dhall - 2 tbsp |
Mint - 1 bunch |
Bengal dhall - 2 tbsp |
Coriander - 1 bunch |
Pasi paruppu - 2 tbsp |
Green chilly - 6 |
Mysore dhall - 2 tbsp |
Lemon - 1 |
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp |
Ginger - 2 pinch |
Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp |
Garlic - 10 pieces |
Masala powder - 1 tbsp |
Ghee - 4 tbsp |
Curd - 1 cup |
Salt - 3 tbsp |

Onion - 200 gm |
Mutton - 250 gm |
Preparation: |
Steam the mutton separately. Steam four type of dhall for 15 minutes then
steam naga samba rava for 1 minute.
In a heat pan fry onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, coriander, mint, chilly
power, turmeric power, lemon juice, curd, salt boil this for 10 minutes.
Then add steamed dhal, mutton to masala paste in low flame. Add onion
pachadi before serve. |
