TOMATO RICE |

Ingredients: |
naga Samba rava - 200 gm |
Water - 500 ml |
Onion - 100 gm |
Salt - 1½ tbsp |
Tomato - ¼ kg |

Green chilly - 2 |
|
Curry leaves - few |
|
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch |
|
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp |
|
Oil - 75 ml |
|
Mustard - ½ tbsp |
|

Preparation: |
Fry the naga samba rava as golden colour cook the naga samba rava
with 500ml of water.
In heat pan add mustard, chapped onion, chapped chilly, tomato, turmeric
powder, chilly powder, salt, curry leaves, water. Finally add samba rava
to this paste.
For decoration add coriander leaves. |
