naga Bubbly Bubbly Maida - 450 gm |

Curd - 150 ml |

Soda salt - 1/8 tbsp |
|
Water - 50 ml |

Salt - ¾ tbsp |

Oil - to fry |

Preparation: |
In bowl add naga bubbly bubbly maida, salt, soda salt, curd, water to
make flour.
Keep the dish closed using muslin wet cloth for 2 hours.
Make balls and prepare chappathi then deep fry all the pieces serve with
channa masala. |
