  Ingredients:
naga Bubbly Bubbly Maida - 450 gm  
Curd - 150 ml  
Soda salt - 1/8 tbsp  
Water - 50 ml  
Salt - ¾ tbsp  
Oil - to fry  
   
   
   
       
Preparation:
In bowl add naga bubbly bubbly maida, salt, soda salt, curd, water to make flour. Keep the dish closed using muslin wet cloth for 2 hours. Make balls and prepare chappathi then deep fry all the pieces serve with channa masala.
