naga Samba rava - 500 gms |
Coriander - 10 tbsp |
Tamarind - 75 gms |
Asafoetida - 2½ tbsp |
Jaggery - 2½ tbsp |
Cashewnut - 30 tbsp |
Dry red chillies - 10 |
Turmeric powder - 2½ tbsp |
Fenu greek - 2½ tbsp |
Salt - 5 tbsp |
Channa - 30 |
Gram dal - 10 tbsp |
Urad dal - 5 tbsp |
Olive oil - to need |
Mustard - 2½ tbsp |

Preparation : |
Fry the naga samba rava and steam the naga samba rava. Blend fenu
greek, urad dal, coriander.
In heat pan add oil, mustard, urad dal, channa dal, red chilly,
channa, cashewnut fry as golden colour.
After that add dissolve tamarind water, turmeric powder, jaggery,
masala powder, asafoetida, salt, steamed naga samba rava fry all
