Ingredients: |
naga Samba rava - 200 gm |
Green chilly - 1 finely chopped |
Rice flour - 100 gm |
Curd - ½ litre |
Maida - 150 gm |
Salt - as needed |
Ginger - 1 piece |
Oil - 10 tbsp |
Onion - 150 gm |

Curry leaves - as needed |

Jeera/cumin seeds - 1½ tsp |

Whole black pepper - 1 tsp |

Preparation: |
Chop onions and green chillies, curry leaves, black pepper very finely.
In a bowl, mix together rice flour, all purpose flour, curd and salt as needed.
In hot non stick tawa with 2 tbsp of oil then fry blackpepper and cumin
seeds.
Mix this fried item with mixed flour add water as per requirement then
leave it for one hour.
Heat non stick tawa and prepare naga samba rava dosai. |
