Ingredients: |
naga Bubbly Bubbly Maida - 160 gm |

Grated coconut - 60 gm |
|
Urad dhall - 1 tbsp |
|
Mustard - 1 tbsp |
|
Curry leaves - few |
|
Lemon juice - ½ |
|
Oil - 1 tbsp |
|
Water - 125 ml |

Preparation: |
Steam the naga bubbly bubbly maida for 20 minutes in idly cooker.
Add salt, warm water to make flour too soft. Make balls and prepare
idiyappam shape then steam it for 10 minutes.
For seasoning in a heat pan add mustard urad dhall, curry leaves, coconut,
idiyappam, lemon juice all together. |
