Tamarimd - 25 gm |
Beans - 100 gm |
Red dal - 250 gm |
Carrot - 100 gm |
Urad dal - 1 tbsp |
Onion - 100 gm |
Cinnamon - 2 pinch |
Ladies finger - 100 gm |
Coriander - 1 bunch |
Potato - 100 gm |
Mustard - 1 tbsp |
Coconut - 50 gm |
Cumin seed - 1 tbsp |
Pepper - to need |
Fenu greek - 1 tbsp |

Dry red chillies - 6 or 8 |
Cashewnut - 5 |
Bengal dal - 2 tbsp |
Ghee - 2 tbsp |
Cloves - 2 |
Oil - 1 tbsp |
Salt - to need |
Preparation : |
Make paste using channa dal, urad dal, fenu greek, clove,
coriander, red chilly, asafoetida, pepper.
Steam the naga Samba rava with 2 ltr of water.
Half cook the red dhal using 250 ml of water, then add vegetables,
masala paste, salt, dissolve tamarind water boil to this for 5 minutes. Finally
add naga samba rava.
For seasoning add mustard, cashewnut, coriander.
