Ingredients: |
naga Samba rava - 200 gm |
Sugar - 1 tbsp |
Grated cococnut - 50 gm |
Cardamom powder - ¼ tbsp |
Salt - ¼ tbsp |
Water - 6 tbsp |

Preparation: |
Roast the naga Samba rava as golden our using oil. Steam the roasted rava in
idli cooker for 10 minutes. Remove and mix with salt, water that is sprinkled
over it. Repeat this process twice again, where the naga Samba rava is steamed a little
longer each time.
Mix sugar, ghee roasted grated coconut and the steamed naga rava.
Add to this roasted badams, cashew nuts and elaichi powder. Serve warm. |
